What is the delivery time?
Once your order is confirmed, it will be dispatched via courier service on the next working day.

TerraeMed Nasal Care provided after meal or before meal?
Can this product be used on other pets?
Besides cats, this product can also be used for dogs and rabbits.
Can TerraeMed Nasal Care be mixed in food or water?
Yes, it can mix with wet food or 100ml water.
Does the products have side effects?
Nasal Care does taste slightly bitter and pets tend to release foams from their mouth; hence that is normal since it is normal reaction to the aftertaste.
Pets which has fever can consume the products?
For Nasal Care, yes. Those who have fever, flu or sore throat with cough can take it.
Do pregnant pets can take Nasal Care?
For pregnant or breastfeeding mother, it is not recommended to take Nasal Care, but we do suggest replacing with our Immune Pro.
Can we mix Nasal Care with other vet medication?
No. We suggest finish one of the medication first and then consume the other if still not cured.
What is the storage instruction for the products?
Keep in room-temperature or refrigerator at chilled-compartment. Avoid direct sunlight or heated area.
If the pets already cured, do they need to continue consuming the product?
If they're back to health after 5 days, we suggest to continue until 7 days so we can kill all the bacteria left in the body.
1 bottle Nasal Care enough for how many cat?
It depends on your cat weight and immune system; if they're around 1kg-3kg with good immune system, 1 bottle can support for cats.
What is the minimum age for cat to take Nasal Care?
2 months and above. If below than that, then we suggest replace with our Immune Pro.
What is the dosage for cat below 1kg?
For cat below 1kg, can give 1 pump daily.
Is it okay if the cat was mistakenly given more dosage?
If they're given an extra of only 1-2 pump, there will be no problem and it won't give any bad effect to the cat yet.
